What should I check if I need to change or cancel an order?

Distinguish cancellation of an order from stopping an optional ongoing arrangement when one exists. Check any deadline stated for making changes before relying on it.

How can I decide whether an optional addition is useful?

Compare its individual price with the cost inside a combined offer. Review whether its quantity matches the quantity of the main purchase where necessary.

What should I check if a familiar product has a new name or version?

Ask whether the change concerns naming, features, scope, or another aspect of the offer. Compare the contents of the current offer with the earlier scope.
